Cheer Fees and Payments

Fees

The player registration fee is $210. This fee helps cover costs of player insurance, practice and game day fields, game day officials, end of season activities and administrative costs.

The player uniform package is $330.00. One cheerleading uniform set, includes shell, skirt, briefs, long sleeve liner, one custom hair bow, one pair of socks, one custom tracksuit, one custom backpack, one set of pom poms, and one pair of cheer shoes.

Deposits

A $50 volunteer fee is required for all athletes’ families. To support the organization, every family must actively participate by volunteering for a minimum of 6 hours during the season.

You can split the hours by volunteering 2 hours for all games or any Tri-City Dolphins event during the season. Volunteer hours can be completed by assisting with tasks such as working in the snack bar, cleaning up after game days, being a part of the chain gang, recording player play count, providing assistance at the banquet, etc.

A $50 non-refundable fee is required upfront. Please note that this deposit cannot be paid as a post-dated check, cash, or card only.

Payments -There are 2 options for paying fees

Option 1(Pay in full): Pay the total amount of $540.00 at the time of registration.

Option 2 (Payment Plan): Pay $210.00 at the time of registration.

1. Second payment of $165.00 due on April 19th 2024
2. Final Payment of $165 due May 17th 2024

Option 3 (Fundraiser): Pay minimum of $40.00 for registration and do the “Fill My Bow” fundraiser which is a $500.00 value

Refunds

– Registration fees are refundable in the amount of 50% before July 22nd, 2024.
– After July 22, 2024 registration fees are no longer refundable.
– Uniform fees are non-refundable.

Discounts

We are offering a $25.00 discount if you are paid in full by April 26th, 2024-one
